My beliefs.

 

🍒 Be nice.

Mom always said, ‘People may not remember what you did, but they will always remember how you made them feel’. Don’t be an asshole - it’s never worth it.

😌 Be humble.

Leave your egos at the door and swap them with smiles.

👋 …but stay honest.

If you don’t believe in something (or that person’s got stinky breath) speak up - and maybe offer a mint.

 

🤔 Ask: How would they feel?

You’re not a worthy designer, or human being, if you don’t have empathy for others - whether they’re your clients, your team, your friend or the bloke sitting next to you on the tube.

💩 happens. Embrace mistakes.

Mistakes are human and you’ll only achieve wonders by failing again, again and again which is why failures are great. Learn from them instead of fearing them. There’s always a good solution.

❤️ what you do.

Work hard, play hard - and if you’re doing it right they’re one and the same. If it doesn’t make you smile or make the world a better place, try again and give it your all.
