Dyson came to us asking for a mobile solution as they see traffic plummeting on smartphone devices. We suggested a complete overhaul of their site moving towards a responsive approach. What was most important to us was to bridge the gap between their physical and online experience by translating the tactility of their products through interaction design. It was also key to create a design language that would be flexible within all their key consumer markets spanning from Europe through to Russia, Japan and China.
